So far we have had a few questions and we thought we would create a page for your questions so please keep them rolling in!

Q: I don't have a web site. Does this matter?

A: No - you can advertise all your business details without the need of a web site! However, if you do have a web site, having it linked to a popular and well visited web site such as Guardian Angels will only improve your position in Search Engines.

Q: What if my business doesn't really suit gifting a prize or service - can I still donate the amount to the P&F in Cash/Cheque?

A: Absolutely!

Q: There are some businesses which are already supporting the school through many fundraising avenues - what about them?

A: Please let us know their details!! We would be happy to include them on the directory with their contribution.

Q: Will Aquinas families be included in the directory?

A: Currently we are offering positions to the families of Guardian Angels, but the business directory is open to any business that supports our school. If any Aquinas families wish to commit to a contribution package, by all means - please pass on the flyer!

Q: Do I get to choose which fundraising event my commitment/prize goes to?

A: Unfortunately no, the P&F will allocate the commitment to a fundraising event throughout the 12 months and notify you when we would like to collect the prize! If you would like to be a part of deciding where the prizes go, you are welcome to attend the P&F meetings and help decide!

Q: What if there is another business the same as mine - who gets the top position.

A: First in, best dressed! We are taking positions now on the order that the sign up form is completed.

Q: Is the directory exclusive to Guardian Angels families.

A: The directory will be made public on the internet so your listing may attract other potential business leads!

Q: Can I update my listing at any time?

A: Yes! Once the directory is up and running you will be issued a username and password and you can make updates yourself. If at any time you misplace this password, you will be able to have it reissued to you through the automated service directly to your email address.

Q: Who is looking after this?

A: Leesa Kennedy from the P&F is looking after this project on behalf of the P&F - if you would like to call her, her number is 0410 434 551. However if you have any concerns or queries, feel free to present them to anyone from the P&F

Q: So do I send in my voucher when I sign up?

A: Please don't! We will have you sign a Deed of Agreement for the Business Directory which allows us to call on your commitment within a 12 month period.

Q: I donate hours every week to the school and I have a business. Is there any way I can use my contribution to get my advertising placed with the hours I do at the school?

A: Firstly, thank you for the time you do so generously give. Unfortunately it would be just so hard to track everyone's donated hours at the school and put a figure beside it however if you have an idea on how this could be done, please let us know!
